Guest Ratings & Reviews
Our stay at the hotel was fine for our purpose of exploring Rome; however, the rooms were a bit small, and we experienced a foul odor on the second night. The staff was somewhat inflexible but did offer to relocate us to another room to resolve the issue. The location was great for walking to major attractions, though it had its drawbacks. The dining options were convenient but nothing exceptional.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with a good amount of space and fresh towels daily. The staff is helpful and obliging, providing excellent communication and assistance. The location is superb, close to the train station and convenient for exploring the city. However, the dining experience was poor and not as described.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was quiet at the rear of the hotel, offering a lovely view of the opera house but being next to the coffee area made it noisy at times. The room was very clean, had an excellent shower, and provided all the basic necessities. The service was welcoming, helpful, and honest, especially with directions and communication before my arrival. The location was ideal for me, close to the termini station which made exploring Rome easy, though it may be tight for some. The dining was nothing exceptional but decent for the price paid. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, although some fittings and furniture were not as expected based on the description. The location was perfect for exploring all the tourist sites, and the service was friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was great, right near the Opera House and close to Termini station, which was super convenient for exploring the city. However, the room I had was a bit noisy due to the busy street below, and the WiFi signal was weak on the upper floors, needing me to come down to the lobby for a better connection.
